In distillation, the best part of the alcohol run is called the heart: even at full strength, it is not harsh, but sweet and almost delicate in flavor. Snowfall is the un-aged heart of our Ridgeline Vermont Whiskey (coming Fall 2015), made from a mash of barley, corn, and rye.
