Bittersweet Chocolate Manhattan
2 oz             Kaffekask
2 oz             Sweet Vermouth (we prefer Carpano Antica)
12 drops    Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters

Place in shaker with crushed ice; shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass (try rubbing the rim with orange rind first); garnish with orange rind. Add more or less bitters to taste.

Place crushed ice in an AppGap Rocker Glass. Add spirits, then spin (gently) to blend

Buels Gore
  • 1.5 oz. SnowFall Vermont Whiskey
  • .75 oz. Ruby Port Syrup*
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice (pulp strained out)
  • .5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

*To make the Ruby Port syrup, combine equal parts superfine granulated sugar with ruby port over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool and store in the refrigerator.

Add to mug:

1 oz. Kaffevän Coffee Liqueur
1.5 oz. Orange Cognac
3 drops Urban Moonshine Chocolate Bitters
Fill with coffee or expresso

for an extra treat, add a foam made of egg whites, orange zest, sugar, orange peel, cinnamon, and a touch of orange cognac.

1 oz              cold espresso
1 oz              creme de cacao

Place in shaker with crushed ice; shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass; garnish with shaved chocolate and a few whole coffee beans

Martini Flip
1    Egg White
1.5 oz.  KaffeKask
1 oz     Kaffevän
splash of cream
1/2 oz   espresso

Dry shake 1 minute, then shake with ice and strain into a martini glass

An Appalachian Orange
1-3/4 oz   Kaffekask
1/4 oz   liquid cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa
1/2 oz   Godiva liqueur
Cream top: equal parts half and half and orange simple syrup, beaten or dispensed from a whipped cream canister 

Combine first three, shake vigorously. Pour over ice in a short rocks glass. Top with cream topping
