After a long couple of days, we have a little over 500 gallons of Snowfall Vermont Whiskey fermenting happily in the distillery. We are gearing up to make 500 gallons a week of whiskey and 250 gallons a week of our coffee spirits, and letting that inventory build up. Whiskey will start going in barrels soon, paving the way for our aged Ridgeline Vermont Whiskey in fall of 2015.
