The Boulevardier
2 oz Ridgeline Whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz Carpano Antica (or any sweet vermouth of preference)
Combine all ingredients into a shaker, stir, and strain over ice or straight up. Garnish with an orange peel.
The Orchard Manhattan
2 oz Ridgeline Whiskey
1 oz Champlain Orchards Honeycrisp Ice Cider
2 dashes angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and serve up or on the rocks.
The Suburban
1.5 oz Ridgeline Whiskey
.5 oz Mosquito Fleet Rum
.5 oz Port
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Stir until very cold and then strain, straight up, into a chilled glass. No garnish.
“Vanhattan”

1 oz Kaffevan Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Carpano Antica
4 dashes of angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain up or on the rocks.
Fernet About It
1.5 oz Ridgeline Vermont Whiskey
.75 oz Carpano Antica
.25 oz Fernet Branca
Add ingredients to a glass with ice. Stir until very cold and strain straight up or on the rocks. Garnish with a slapped mint leaf.
The Folding Stroller
2.5 oz Ridgeline Whiskey
1 tsp Sumptuous Syrup Red Cinnamon
8 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until ice cold. Strain straight up and serve with a twist of lime.
The Kindling
2 oz Ridgeline Whiskey
.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
.5 oz Fernet Branca
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold. Strain over a large cube and garnish with lemon.

.5 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
All ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake shake shake and strain on the rocks. Garnish with some lime and sip in the sunshine.
Mythic Gin
The Quill (a variation on a classic Negroni)
1.5 oz Mythic Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Carpano Antica
.25 oz Absinthe
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
VT Gimlet
1.5 oz Mythic Gin
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.25-.5 oz Vermont maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like your cocktails)
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain up or on the rocks.
The Mythic Garlic Martini
2.5 oz Mythic Gin
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
1-2 turns of fresh ground pepper
1 garlic clove
Combine gin, Lillet and pepper in a mixer with ice. Stir until very cold. Smash garlic clove and place in the bottom of a chilled glass. Strain martini straight up over garlic clove.
The Corpse Reviver #2
1 oz Mythic Gin
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lillet
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 or 2 drops of absinthe or Pernod
This is a classic cocktail designed to bring you back from your hangover (hence the name). It’s also a cocktail that uses equal parts of everything, which makes it an easy recipe to remember. Drink them all night and then let it help you recover the next day!
A Basil Transition
1.5 oz Mythic Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz simple syrup
2 basil leaves
Muddle basil leaves in bottom of a shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake until very cold. Strain straight up into a chilled glass, garnish with a snapped basil leaf.
The Envious Martini
3 oz Mythic Gin
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz Green Chartreuse
Add all ingredients in a container with ice. Stir to chill, strain into a chilled glass. Cheers, and keep it classy.
The Amaro-Tinez
2 oz Mythic Gin
1 oz Amaro Averna (less sweet) or Meletti (more sweet)
.25 oz Lillet Blanc
.25 oz Luxardo
Add ingredients to ice, stir to chill and strain. Serve up with a citrus peel.
The Vesper Martini
2 oz Mythic Gin
.75 oz Fractal Vodka
.25 oz Lillet Blanc
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until very cold and strain, straight up, into a chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
The Lonesome Cowboy Bill
1.5 oz Mythic Gin
.75 oz Fernet Branca
.5 oz Kaffevan Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Benedictine
1 bar spoon Pernod
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with lots of ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake like crazy and strain over ice.
My Straw Tastes Like an Onion
1.5 oz Mythic Gin
.5 oz Green Chartreuse
.5 oz Campari
.5 oz lime juice
2 large basil leaves
green onion
Muddle basil and lime in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients and ice, then shake till super cold. Double strain either up or on the rocks. Garnish with a section of green onion (trust us).
Papilio Agave Spirit
The Bashful Betty (a variation of a Blushing Betty)
2 oz Papilio Agave Spirit
1 oz fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, strain. Serve up or on the rocks with a grapefruit twist.

2.5 oz Papilio Agave Spirit
.5 oz Amaro Averna
.5 tsp Brown Sugar Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir until ice cold and strain into a chilled glass.
The Kicking Mule
2 oz Fractal Vodka
1 oz Benedictine
.5 oz Ginger Liqueur

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake that sucker until it’s ice cold. Strain on the rocks and garnish with a slice of lime.

.25 “Art in the Age” Sage Liqueur
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold. Strain straight up into a chilled glass and garnish with a spritz of Alice & The Magician “charred bourbon barrel” cocktail aromatic.
Are you there, Spring? It’s me, Vodka
2 oz Fractal Vodka
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz Campari
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 dash Angostura Bitters
In a shaker combine all ingredients with plenty of ice. Shake until cold and strain over ice. Garnish with lime.
Wishful Thinking
2 oz Fractal Vodka
.5 oz Luxardo
.25 oz Ginger Liqueur
2 strawberries
Muddle berries in the bottom of a shaker. Add all other ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain up or on the rocks and garnish with a thin slice of strawberry.
Let’s Take The Bus
1.5 oz Fractal Vodka
.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Green Chartreuse
1 bar spoon Creme de Violette
1 small sprig of rosemary
Lightly muddle rosemary in the bottom of a shaker. Add Fractal, Grapefruit and Chartreuse. Shake until ice cold and double strain over ice. Float a bar spoon of Creme de Violette on top. Garnish with rosemary.
Rain, Rain, Go Away
2 oz Fractal Vodka
1 oz Kaffevän Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Branca Menta
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain straight up into a chilled glass. Garnish with espresso beans.

2 oz Snowfall Unaged Vermont Whiskey
1 oz Kaffevan Coffee Liquer
Place crushed ice in an AppGap Rocker Glass. Add spirits, then spin gently to blend.

.75 oz. Ruby Port Syrup*
.5 oz fresh lime juice (pulp strained out)
.5 oz. fresh orange juice
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
*To make the Ruby Port syrup, combine equal parts superfine granulated sugar with ruby port over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool and store in the refrigerator.

1.5 oz Snowfall White Whiskey
.75 oz Peach Purée*
.75 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
*To make the peach purée, put a bunch of pitted peaches (skin on) into a blender and purée. Easy as that! And of course, remember to thank your friend for all the peaches.

2 oz Papilio Reposado
1 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz pear nectar
1 tbs brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake to dissolve sugar. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain over ice (bird glass optional) and garnish with a twist of citrus.

The Décolletage
1.5 oz Papilio Reposado Agave Spirit
1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
.5 oz Aperol
.25 oz Fernet Branca
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir until very cold. Strain over ice (we like one big rock) and garnish with an orange twist.

Bittersweet Chocolate Manhattan
2 oz Kaffekask
2 oz Sweet Vermouth (we prefer Carpano Antica)
12 drops Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitter
Place in shaker with crushed ice; shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass (try rubbing the rim with orange rind first); garnish with orange rind. Add more or less bitters to taste.
An Appalachian Orange
1.75 oz Kaffekask
.25 oz liquid cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa
.5 oz Godiva liqueur
Cream top: equal parts half and half and orange simple syrup, beaten or dispensed from a whipped cream canister.
Combine first three, shake vigorously. Pour over ice in a short rocks glass. Top with cream topping.

1 oz vanilla almond milk
Place ice cubes in an Appalachian Gap Rocker glass*. Add spirits and almond milk; spin glass to combine and serve.
